Oh, a cliche challenge for perfectly lit wine glasses. Perhaps I'll go photograph some drunks for this one.

Yes, this was my first impression on reading the challenge. A lot of wine glasses.

Perhaps I will attempt a beautiful studio shot of a classic vintage box wine.

Not relatives, but I'd love to visit a certain winery near the Monterey coast.

Speaking of expensive wines...

There are so many great wines out there that sell for really low prices. I almost always buy local, Ontario-Canada, wines, the Niagara Peninsula is full of wineries.

I spent a summer (1992?) working for a wine-snob who did his PhD in France. We always had a bottle of "Bull's Blood" with dinner. I think it was from Turkey (?) It was not expensive at all, and Probably why I love dry reds so much now. Can't find it here these days, sadly.

I suppose the best way to communicate the character of the wine is to take a sip for each shot you take.

Isn't that lucky, I just had 12 bottles delivered. Now I feel I need to sample them all to see which is the most "photogenic".

As a native of South Africa, I for sure will be doing a product-placement of wines from my homeland. Superb wines if you ask my unbiased opinion ;) (seriously, they are though).
