Everyday Objects...
Objects...
What do you consider an object...
Car?
Newspaper?
Tree? Wooden stick made form that tree?
Person?
Water?
Ice?
Fire?
Wind?
just wondering...

Of those... car, newspaper, popsicle stick or toothpick, glass of water, ice cube, candle flame. The others aren't really objects to me. |

I was more wondering if everyone considerd these things objects - specially the wind, fire, water and ice.
And if you consider ice an objcent but not water... |

So basicly everything you see, hear or feel is an object.
Sound is an object.
And heaven, hell and ghosts are not. |

What I found on - Object:
1. A tangible and visible thing
2. A person or thing seen as a focus or target for feelings, thought.etc. (an object of affection)
3. ..philosophy..that towards which cognition is directed, as contrasted with the thinking subject; anything regarded as external to the mind, esp. in the external world.

Can't argue with that. I'd say it was an 'object'. Prepared to wager you don't take a photo of it though. |

IF, you can touch it, IT MAY BE AN OBJECT. IF, it is discreet unto itself, IT MAY BE AN OBJECT. IF, when you drop it it might break, IT MAY BE AN OBJECT.
So quick ... go shoot an object right through its emotional heart. And remember the photographer's creed. Leave nothing but footprints, and take nothing but pictures.
This is not that hard ... It is essentially an open challenge. Don't fight the problem. Just shoot an incredible image! |

Thats more like actions rather than objects. At least that is what I would think. |

something you do is definetly not an object!
verbs are not objects - to sleep, to run, to think...
nouns can be objects - a bed, a key, a bird... |

Right! Nouns are objects. Verbs are NOT. |
