Does anyone know where you can fill out the Statutory Damages Fund form? I can't seem to find it and none of the links are working.

Keep in mind that those forms are only for people who have had a problem that they can prove. If you've never had a problem, you can only apply for the Statutory Damages Fund. |

The main site is https://www.paypal.com/settlement/ (which takes you to the official settlement site).

Probably because everybody and their brother is trying to fill out a form, thinking they are going to get a big chunk of that $1M from PayPal... remember, if a million people fill out the form, you'll get a $1...

I have had problems in the past with getting bogus messages stating they were from PayPal. PayPal confirmend they were bogus and informed me that anytime PayPal sends a communication to one of it's customers, they will always use your full name. If they don't, it's not from PayPal.
