| I am new to this site and want to submit my 1st photo and I can't seem to get my photo resized to meet size requirements without it distorting my picture. Help? |

1. Resize it so that the longest side is 640 pixels
2. Then "save for web" or whatever your software has - and adjust the quality so that is is around 140-145 k.

| I just figured it out. I right clicked on my photo while I was looking at it in Windows Explorere and up pops the resize option and then you can choose which pixel size you need and whenit saves it it puts small beside your file name so it doesn't alter your original format. |
