| Some pump hairspray leaked on to my S95 during travel. It powers on, most of the buttons work but the shutter release and a few of the buttons on the back don't work. Any ideas? |

| I'd take out the battery and try to work pure isopropyl alcohol around the buttons until they loosen up. It shouldn't harm the electronics, but you'll have to wait a while for the alcohol to evaporate before powering on the camera. |

Once upon a time, some water leaked over my phone and half the buttons stopped working (its not a smart phone). It was a hot day, i shut it off, popped out the battery, left the phone in my car for a few hours - came back and all was well.
Not sure if you will have similar success - that's the closest i ever got to your situation. |

| I let it sit and dry that didn't work. So far the alcohol hasn't helped. |
