This is coming from Anita's Revisit suggestion (maybe that can be renamed revisit -- advanced editing?)

Take up to 10 images that you've taken for minimum to advanced editing challenges (NOT expert) and create something new.

Additional idea (if people approve) -- you make include one new image in your creation.

(I don't really care for expert editing challenges, but so many times I wish I could use old photos)

I guess I am having a hard time understanding what you mean.

I would think it would have to be expert editing if we were using more than one image.

If we were using only one old image it would just be like the "best of 2013" challenge

I do however find myself wishing when I do expert editing that I didn't have to take new shots of something I already had shots of. For instance I did one with angels once, I had already taken photos of angel wings for a stock photo. But it was a few weeks earlier. So there I was taking the exact same photos over again, when it would have been so much easier to just use the photos I took already. I think as long as the main image is from the week of the challenge. Minor elements should be allowed from other dates as long as you own the photos. But I suppose it would be hard to judge what a minor element is.

One of the reasons i don't participate in the expert editing challenges as much is for this reason, simply don't have the time in the normal working week for this ! It would be great if the rules allowed you to use some parts from images that you already own ! I tend to just upload composites to flickr or 500px
