"We regret to inform you that your membership has expired... "
I have been watching the remaining days of my membership count down for a while. With the midnight deadline looming yesterday, I finally pulled out my credit card. What? You thought I was just planning to quit cold turkey? It's a sick, sick addiction. Anyway, I filled out the renewal form and payment info and hit Submit. It came back with "Server Error 500". I scratched my head, double-checked the information on the form, and resubmitted. Same result. I sent an Administrative Inquiry. A few hours later, I tried submitting again. No luck. Again, this morning. Again, the dreaded "Server Error 500".
I am starting to think this site doesn't want me anymore. I had a WALL entry submitted, and I was not sure what would happen to it if my membership expired right when voting was scheduled to start. I thought it might withdraw my image. Just my luck it didn't. It's at 3.8 after 7 votes. And, I have to wait for HOURLY score updates. that's just mean. |

One good thing about these kinds of threads...I renew the day before, & more importantly, I don't even consider not renewing. I've heard about the addiction effect, I think it's true!
I enjoy your work, I'm glad you're renewing. Hope the server error is resolved today. |

| As I mentioned, I had tried submitting for renewal a few times. I had just assumed each time I got the Server Error that the credit card transaction had no gone through. I just happened to check my credit card activity. Yes, there are six DPChallenge charged on it. I may well still be submitting to challenges in 2022, but I am not sure I am ready to commit to that right now. |

Clearly the DPChallenge universe wants you to be around for a long, long time. Very glad you are staying. I enjoy your photography very much. |

| I had the same problem. I attempted several times with 3 credit cards. if every time I introduced my card data the transaction was completed, can you cancel them? |

I'm glad you have recommitted Mark.
The only thing that gives me pause when approaching renewal is hoping for a good exchange rate on the day. |
