Challenge Description
Make a homemade filter for your minimal editing photo.
Title, should be what the filter is> e.g. String Cheese, Dog Hair, Tissue paper, Water Drops |

Fixed your title.
Does your definition of "filter" include things like a mask for the lens to shape the bokeh?

Yep, anything that can be turned into a filter for the front of your lens or laid over or used in any way, can be used.
