One of the shared Yellow Ribbons has been DQd from the "Into or Out of the FRame II" challenge because the photographer either did not notice or did not understand the Minimal Editing rules: the source file was a RAW file, a border was added in post, and slight adjustments were made to color values. Congratulations to our new Honorable Mention.

I hate it when peeps come back and don't realize the rule sets.
