Looking at the submission page of the News Article challenge I see that we have to declare our photograph was taken in the next two weeks. But per the title this was supposed to be an ARCHIVE challenge.
What̢۪s correct? |

It's an archival challenge. Ignore the 2-week bit. I'll see if we can fix that. All fixed. Thanks for the heads-up.

| Just wondering - does this have to be an actual news event - or can it be a fun 'tongue in cheek' interpretation? Still quite new to these challenges but like to play along :) Thanks! |

The simple answer is 'yes' :) The key with challenges is that you can enter anything that *you* think meets the criteria... but it's often wise to consider what the voters are most likely to interpret them as too.
