I listen to Midnight Oil, Cold Chisel, The Angels, AC/DC, Machine Gun Fellatio, John Butler Trio, Regurgitator, Powderfinger, The Whitlams, Custard, Dave Graney, You am I, Ammonia, Skunkhour, Silverchair, Jebediah, The Living End, Grinspoon, The Tenants, Frensal Rhomb, Testeagles, Magic Dirt, Groove Terminator, Bodyjar, And heaps and heaps of other stuff, too much to type in!

Yea, Apocalyptica is awesome! They do mostly Metallica covers, which surprisingly sounds really good on the cello.
I listen to mainly black/progressive/symponic metal. Bands such as: Tristania, Samael, Opeth, Katatonia, Cradle of Filth, Emperor, In Flames, Gehenna, Sirenia, Fear Factory, Therion, Lux Occulta, Melechesh, Slayer, Dimmu Borgir, Siebenburgen, Chaostar, Sins of Thy Beloved , etc.
I also listen to a lot of industrial: Cubanate, Rammstein, Ministry, DeathStars, KMFDM, VNV Nation, Evil's Toy, Chemlab, Funker Vogt, Apoptygma Berzerk, and Leæther Strip.
I see from the posts that a few people listen to hardcore music, you might like some of the bands above. |

Brian Eno is my favourite when I'm in the digital darkroom. Also I love Bill Laswell, Jah Wobble, Biosphere and this kind of hypnotic music. Other bands I love are Lambchop, Go Betweens, Trembling Blue Stars, Magnetic Fields, The Streets, Flaming Lips, The Zephyrs,Ryan Adams,Mojave 3,Coldplay,... and some classics like Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Steve Earle,Ry Cooder,The Clash,Neil Young..., also some electronic like Thievery Corporation, Krueder&Dorfmeister,David Holmes,Massive Attack,Bjork... and jazz too.
Music never stops!

| ahhh music for me its mostly rock (sevendust, SOAD, Disturbed, New Found Glory) i have many more but its too much to list i also do like some country songs and some pop and r&b songs too |

I'm a modern/alternative rock guy. Pearl Jam, The Used, Tool, Get up Kids, Radiohead, Weezer, etc.
There is some ska/punk in there, Less than Jake, Pietasters, RBF, Save Ferris, NOFX, etc.
But i listen to just about everything else also. Beatles are a big influence from my dad. I've also gotten into a band called Sigur Ros the past year. |
