Here theONE77, I hope this link works. Browse through the previous Black/White challenge and get a feel for what did well in that challenge.
Black/White Challenge
Some subjects work better than others, I guess thats the challenge. |

That's all just filler. Honestly, I don't know how descriptions like that keep getting through. You'd be best to just think of this as a free study where your shot is in black and white. Forget the rest of the nonsense in the description.

Strict grayscale I assume? No toning at all? |

I'm sure there'll be a lot of sepia/duotoned images.
You'll have to use your own judgement. *I* personally think it'd be safer to stick to a strict grayscale :)

It says "Reduce the world to a palette of grays". I don't know when reds or yellows became grays, so sepia definately doesn't meet the challenge.

Follow your heart. You can not be disqualified becasue a shot does not meet the challenge. I am doing gray scale, but I know there will be many other duotone shots in the challenge. |
