I was amazed to see how high the scores were for Serpentine II, with all the ribbon winning photos earning their photographers top 2 scores on their profile page. And the average score for the challenge was 6.46377.
Has any previous challenge achieved such excellent results? |

4 challenges previously have had a higher average score.
Multiple Exposure Self Portrait (14 entries)
Perseid Meteor Shower (9 entries)
Vanish (12 entries)
Masters' Free Study (69 entries) - this is the big dog of the bunch. :-)
In general, challenges with a smaller number of entries have the potential to be substantially influenced. |

| I thought there was a disproportionate number of excellent entries in this challenge. My vote average on it was very high. |

| Definitely a high scoring topic. I had a shot that performed decently in the high 5's and it ended close to the bottom of the challenge results. |

Or maybe even he/she/it/they were stunned into admiration :-)
Personally, one thing that strikes me here is that it's my 2nd-best score ever, and ZERO comments :-( And I'm as guilty of not-commenting as anyone else, sadly.
