A lesson learned:
While on holiday I entered some challenges but only had LightRoom for my iPhone to edit. The result from the Clouds IV challenge looked pretty good on my phone but not so much when I got home last night.
Here is the original iPhone edit earning my entry a well deserved below 50% finish.
Here is the edit starting with my original RAW image and 5 minutes with LR and PS on my desktop
Gone are the crazy editing artifacts I didn't see on my phone. |

| I run into similar when traveling and editing on my laptop with a lesser screen and software than I have at home. I've had to learn to not push the post processing too far if I'm not viewing it on the good monitor. |

| That's pretty interesting that the colours and noise of the cloud look completely different. How do both versions now look on your phone? |

I ended up editing it differently on my computer so that it had a better look. I really didn't see the dramatic pixelation on my phone at all unless I really blow it up. On the computer it is very obvious. |
