Since there is some interest in how this photo:

was done I thought I start this thread.

I used Iphone app called Reeheld:
Reeheld Tutorial

It is really meant to create a sharp long exposure image but I used it to create movement and blur. The results are not easily predictable so I took lots of photos with different exposure times and movement directions.

Here are some others I liked from my walk around Lucerne:
Bridge, Walkers, Walkers 2, Barrier, Man, Man 2, Street, Bicycles, Street 2

Margaret, thank you!!! I can’t wait to try this. Unless I have time off work or am traveling, 90% of my photography is done on the iPhone these days, so I’m always looking for tips. I often use the live feature to purposefully blur images, but it’s a crap shoot with little control. This Reeheld app looks great

wow, AI is already allowed in the standard ruleset. Still waiting for it to make me breakfast.

Ironic, isn't it? ;)

PS I thought making breakfast was a low level task.

The image was taken in the camera and has Exif, that's what the rules say.

With time even within this rules set photography is bound for a wild ride.

I would say AI is a generic term and has been used within editing apps for sometime now. What is new, and will cause SC some concern as far as the rules go, is the ‘generative’ aspect of it.

AI is expanding capabilities of regular cameras as well. Just took a quick peek at the Sony website and looked for AI references on a couple of cameras.
I'm sure the high-end newer bodies have even more (didn't look).

Pertaining to the Sony A7IV and A7RV:

Sony A7IV

Sony's unique subject recognition algorithm uses colour, pattern (brightness), and subject distance (depth) data to rapidly process spatial information in real time. AI is used to
detect and track the eyes and face of the subject (human, animal or bird) with extremely high precision. Just select the subject to track, then leave it to the camera.

Sony A7RV

State-of-the-art AI processing uses detailed information about human forms and postures to dramatically improve the camera's subject recognition accuracy1 and make full use of its
potential resolution. Also, subject recognition has been expanded to include a number of new subject types, including vehicles and insects.

The α7R V is equipped with an AI processing unit specifically dedicated to interpreting significant amounts of data to enable more accurate recognition of subjects and recognition
of a wider range of subject types.

When I got my Canon M6 Mark II, I submitted an original of one of my bird in flight photos to site council for validation because even using pre-burst felt like cheating.

There's a like button on the app, but it doesn't seem to work.

Edit: If shows on the app, but not on the website.

I know there's no working like button here. Gina, this was just my way of letting you know I agree with you.
Sorry for any confusion.

No confusion. Just pointing out that Margaret's comment is only half right. There is a like button but likes can only be seen in the app.
