| I really like your alternative. A glimpse of real family life. As if he is watching the footbal game at an exciting moment while his wife needs the sun lotion. The less than perfect cropping emphasises the spontaneous off-guard moment. Much more "family" to me than your entry. |

| Thanks for the feedback, Willem. It was partly that awkward composition that put me off using it. You are right about him watching something exciting. It's the baby's bottle that he has in his hand, so both of them didn't have their minds on the job. |

| From a photographic perspective I like your entry better. It looks like you spent time thinking about the shot and the composition whereas the alternative is more like a snapshot. Depends on your preference. |
