It's been noted that some images aren't loading. Waiting for Mita to weigh in. Not something I can fix.

Still an issue. What is weird is that I got a vote. Are any of us seeing the pictures? Thnx!

Nothing here either, but I do see them on the app on my phone.
Nothing when using either Edge or Google Chrome on my pc.

You got a vote from someone who accessed through the app I believe. Funny, when I open the Apple version of the app on my iPhone I can only vote on SOME of the entries in the current challenge.
I definitely don't use it enough to know if that is always the case or if that's something specific to what is going on today.
In fact, I never tried to vote before using the app.

I can see all the images in the app, but loading all images takes up to 10 seconds, depending on the challenge. Don't know whether it did the same before.

I never use the app to vote because of the voting rule "you may not vote on an entry based on its server-generated thumbnail" and the size of my phone. I don't thinbk it does justice to the effort put in by the photographer (but that is off-topic)

more info: if I post a new image into a challenge I can see it without problems. Only the existing images are not shown.
Also if I look at my portfolio I only see the new image. Looks like all the links into the database were corrupted at some point?

If I recall correctly, this happened last time due to some script not being executed properly during rollover.

Wendy, if it was an image that was validated (i.e. Top Five) we may be able to get you the original. Just need to know what challenge if so.

The issue was still in effect when I started looking, and then it disappeared. It may be something intermittent, so still investigating.

Just why exactly do you keep originals AFTER validation?

Storage is cheap, history is priceless, and occasional references to actual originals when researching DQ issues can prove useful. It's always been that way.

Thanks so much for offer for help! I didn't know the name, so without the photos loading, I had no way to identify it. I had looked at my thumbnails a couple of days before, and this one looked interesting:

But now that it loads, I like the idea of it, but it's just not good enough quality to work with.
