Just wondering if anyone knows of any websites or books pertaining to the basics of portrait studio set up. (Lighting, backdrops, ect.) I realize that this is a pretty broad question, but any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you in advance...

I have both of the books below. Both are absolutely amazing. Great insight, photos and clear illustrations on how to set up shoots AND the results the shoot will produce. Worth every cent.

Master Lighting Guide for Portrait Photographers by Christopher Grey
The Portrait Photographer's Guide to Posing by Bill Hurter
