Photoshop 8.0? Oh no!
So far, the main differences between PS and PS/E are that Elements doesn't support tone curves (I personally consider that a major liability, but lots of people use Levels to the same effect), and does not support the CMYK colorspace, which is only necessary for pre-press (print) applications, but not for printing photos to photo paper or inkjets. |

Could you mean "Paint Shop Pro 8" by chance? Photoshop 8 isn't due to be released until the 4th quarter of this year:

JASC PS 8 is in Beta testing (free download) and is due out around the middle of April.

Thanks for the link. I get to install all that stuff at work about a week before it hits the shelves...I don't recall Adobe telling us anything about this...

photoshop 8??? i just installed photoshop 7 yesterday!!! lol...sheesh! i can't keep up with adobe!
