I´m thinking should the picture just have one pencil or is it okay to have more than one, like 100 ore something. Personally I think it dosn´t matter. How about you?

Ugh! We've had this discussion. This is what Drewmedia has said in another thread:
For clarification... "Your photograph must physically contain a pencil" does not say must contain a single pencil. Do as you like, so long as you've got a pencil in your picture.
