I still think I'm way ahead for the brown.... Since I can't come up with a legitimate reason to request a dq, I'm going to let this stand as reminder to choose wisely from this time forward. So, actually, I guess that is a major resolution.. :)

| I'm doing ok, but I just look at it this way. If you're getting atleast a 5, you are normally doing better than half of the people on this site. Especially if you're new entering these challenges like me! But I have 2 other challenges that are teetering on a 5 and 4.8 so i'm not too happy about those... LOL |

Took my 3 in the voting process and have a 6.055 6.0931 average.
Above my 5.8312 for average to date, so I'm happy.

I guess I understand that- I usually comment on photos that are bad and really good. But the ones in the middle, unless there is something specific I can suggest, I often don't comment. To me that normally indicates that the photo is good but totally uninspiring. Now I guess I know what DPC thinks of my resolution :(

| Horrible. I really loved this shot, but it's doing worse than my crap shots. And after I submitted I tweaked it and made it all nicer, too. |

Obviously a lot of ppl do a double-take on mine, votes/views ration 0.45.
Lots of comments, most seem to like the photo but not overwhelmed by it. It's doing much better than I expected, since there are serious technical flaws in it.

I gave mine a right brain title and not the literal left brain one. This is a title driven image. Yet, both right and left brainers are always sating how titles don't matter. Don't you believe this.

Yeah... I've dropped about .15 in the last 24 hours - which will probably be really annoying when the final results are released.
I would ask whether the trolls are out in force - but its a members challenge - so that shouldnt be much of a problem! |

I'm there with you in the past 10 hours I dropped from a .700 to a .584 Whats going on. This is still the best I have ever done in a challenge. So I will be staying up late to check my place.

I sucked (according to the voters), but I succeeded (according to me) as I was trying something new.
Was actually a Candid II outtake, and liked the "feel" of a daily life kinda' thing. Yeah, the girl was something I noticed later, and would have been better had she been in the shot more, or completely out of it.

Wow - that drop really did hurt :) - but 6th place is still considerably better than I expected in this challenge! |

By the looks of some of the landscapes in your portfolio I'd say that's the last time you'll have that particular problem. But yes, I don't think the low key approach is particularly compatible with the three second voting technique most here adopt :).
