Dunno what I've done, but since using the camera-raw plug-in the other day my white is a pale yellow and I've tried everything I can think of to get it back, alas to no avail. Everything in every other app is fine inc. PS7 so I know it's not the monitor.

Is there a PS guroo in the house?

you need to adjust your white balance. Was it an indoor picture? Sometimes you have to make your white balance "tungsten" to get your whites white.

In RAW, you can adjust that right on the computer...I'm assuming you're using adobe camera raw -- there is a dropdown box where it says white balance, and also a slider, you could try just moving the slider.

Is the effect showing for all images or just one in particular? You might try going back to the 'As Shot' settings and do the camera raw conversion again.

This just happening with pictures coming out of camera RAW?
If so it is definitely a white balance issue. In the drop down for the camera type (As Shot, Camera Default, etc.) which are you using? The WB is adjustable along with tint (this maybe the problem).
Find a neutral gray (can be what you want white also) in the picture and use the "eyedropper" (is the AUto WB) and click on it.
Be sure to check what color space you are outputting to (Adobe, ProPhoto, etc.)

guroos - 2 things... did you download the camera raw pulugin for the D70? if you didnt the only raw editor you have is a 2 slider generic one. go to adobe and download the current driver for your camera. if you already did that, tyry this:

go back into the raw editor, and click on the little aroow button right next to the settings drop down box, here you will find an option to reset camera default. Merely selecting the "as shot" dropdown does not bring the image back to all of its' original settings. this will.

good luck
