I am looking to buy a new 300D today, does anyone have a link to a list of available add on for this camera? ie: motor, flashes, and such. I know this is a broad question, but any help will be appreciated.

This would be a good place to start. Then I would go here. Any of the lenses or flashes that are available for the EOS line shoud fit the Rebel.

Btw, it's digital, so I don't think a motor drive is an option.

A few options you might consider:

Battery Grip - Holds up to two batteries, and mounts to the bottom of the camera. It has a second shutter release, making it as easy to shoot vertically as horizontally.

Whether or not you get the grip I would recommend picking up a second battery. An aftermarket battery is fine, I personally have come to trust DigiPower. Their equivalent battery sells for $22.99.

Flash options from Canon include the 420 EX, 550 EX and 580 EX, ranging from $169.00 to $389.95 depending on model selected.

The wireless digital remote allows you to take pictures from up to 16 feet away, but you need the remote to be in front of the camera (but not necessarily the lens).

I have the kit lens, 28-135IS lens, 55-200mm lens, Sigma 70-300, 420EX flash, extra battery, a grip, and an RC-1 remote. Out of these, the grp is the best accessory so far. The grip allows you to double your shooting time, take portraits without tweating your wrist, and adds a nice balance to the camera. Don't know why I didn't get it earlier.

I am looking to buy a 300D also. Wondering if I should wait for the 350XT. My budget is $1100.

But then I can't buy any extra goodies. Right?
