Went to bed last night at 6.0390, tonight I'm going to bed an unhappy man :( I think many people missed the point! Mind you, one of the comments today had 'Genius' in it, so thats nice ;)

Anything over 5.000 is quite respectable! But at the rate I am going now, that may be difficult to achieve.

Well I used Neat Image and proud of it.
Some images you just need to use it. Don't worry what other people think. |

I am hoping to comment on all if I can, still a long way to go, I've never done this before, I am getting a better appreciation of the photos by taking the time to study each one a little more than normal, boy is this hard....this is my thank you to the already 14 comments I've received on my entry, wish me luck in my endeavor. Please forgive me if all of my comments are not that insightful, I am trying my best.

I am interested to see how this all turns out - there are many interpretations of 'lines'.
Apparently my interpretation is not hitting everyone between teh eyes...It started out acceptable but has sunk to unacceptable levels...discouraging, not so much my abilities as a photographer but I am disappointed in the voters.

Out of 332 entries very few votes, thus far. I seem to be doing pretty well, so maybe I should be quiet and quit while I'm ahead.

Question:
Just curious...when does the voting end? I know today is the last day...but does that mean until midnight/timezone?
Do they all end at the same time on their set date? (all challenges not just this one)

I flirted with 5.9 around Thursday or Friday but doesn't look like I'm going to get back there. Another 'middlin' finish for me. I think there are about a dozen to 20 VERY strong images in this challenge. I'm looking forward to seeing how the top 20 breaks down. I'm leaving town this noon and won't be back 'till Wednesday so good luck everyone! I'll check the finishers then. |

nah .. i expect to land in the bottom 1/3 & a bit surprized i was above average (if marginally ..)
