Has anyone ever bought from these people?? I ordered a camera on monday and paid for overnight delivery. They said it would go out on tuesday and arrive wed. No luck. I called for a tracking number and they keep saying they would email it to me. No luck. Called to see what company delivers their products. DHL express. DHL said they could track the item if I could obtain the stores zip code. I called ibuydig.com back and ask for their zip code where they ship from. They hang up on me twice. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I called the better business people and they have no info on them. If anyone has these peoples zip code please let me know. I have already called my creditcard company to dispute the charges.

I've never heard of 'em, but I went to their information page to find the zip code - they're returns dept zipcode is 11234 (really near me, actually!)

They don't have very good ratings at resellerratings.com

These are bad people riding on the good reputation of the similarly named "ibuydigital.com." You are right to dispute the charges. I have bought cameras from ibuydigital.com with no problems.

There is another one, //buydig.com which is also OK, as opposed to ibuydig.com.

Make sure you peruse sites like //resellerratings.com and even google on the site name + scam or something like this. It usually turns out good results.

I thought you were talking about //www.buydig.com. But now I see it is ibuydig.com

Stay away from ibuydig
