I find that on DPC, most people tend to give comments like "love it", which are nice to hear, but don't tell you anything about how you could have done things differently/better.
I entered a picture in the free study, which I really liked, but it is at 4.57 right now. It has _0_ comments.
So, people, please try to give useful comments as well and please try to comment on pictures that you don't like. It is better to get suggestions, than to get no comments at all.
Thank you very much ! |

With so many entries in the current week, I think everyone is finding it difficult to comment... |

That was tough enough, and a still have a couple challenges to go!

I can understand that. I have about 5 one word comments in my "tacks" entry. Also me and my g/f both submitted for the "abandoned bldgs" challenge. She has somelike like a 4.980 with 2 comments and one of them was from me. I have a 4.6 with 8 comments. That is what puzzle us. I just told her that hers was more normal and they felt sorry for me and had to tell me it sucked =) |

I'm glad to get any comment from you babe. But yes comments (or I should say lack of) have been disappointing so far.... |

I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, when quantity of comments is the measure, quality cannot compete. It remains a self-imposed obligation.
