Might be interesting for people who feel that Paint Shop Pro is too much money and maybe don't like the software that came with thier camera for editing.

Free Photo Editors

Many of these are fully featured and allow much more than the basic editing that is legal in the dpc rules.

PSP 5 has recently been given away free (fully licensed) with one of the computer magazines here in the UK. Worth keeping an eye out for ...

Thank you for posting the free editors. I just downloaded the Ultimate Paintshop yesterday and love it! It's the easiest one to use out of the editors you posted. The others I wasn't too impressed with.
