I just bought a membership to One Model Place. I did this more for one of my models then to promote my own work, but I guess any good exposure is a good thing.

Here is the link to my page. I will be updating it over the next several weeks with new images.

The question I have is has anyone here at DPC any experience, good or bad, with this site either as a photographer or as a model and what can I expect?

Would have done that my self but your search engine was down. Besides none of those links answer a thing.

I have never even seen that website but looks like a good place to promote your work.

However, the link your webpage on onemodelplace.com doesn´t work, it asks for a username and password so it seems only members can see your page, any way around that for a non member such as myself?

Edit: Never mind, just saw the link right above the box asking for a username and password. :o)

Nice images by the way.

I use onemodelplace to get most of my models. It's kind of a crap shoot sometimes for model reliability, but it's a great way to get your portfolio going.

Here's my page

One Model Place is a members only server. You can get membership and access for free in about a minute if you go in as a model. There is always a membership charge for photographers.

BTW, nice portfolio Hans.

For future reference, the google link posted on the search page works quite well.

I know nothing about it, however, I am pretty sure based on his portfolio and forum posts that Kevin Riggs has an affilation with them.

You may want to PM him.

(EDIT: Hope this isn't a problem Kevin?!?)

There are public and members only entrances to onemodelplace. You can link directly to your public portfolio here .

Damn. I'm at work and the site is on the blocked websites list. Category "Lingerie and Swimsuits"

Not a problem at all. My experience with OMP has been very good and I personally now several models who've made useful career contacts through OMP. Of course, it doesn't take the place of having several good reps from a model's point of view. It is a great way to build a port or just fill out some areas of work in a portfolio.

My portfolio is pretty innocuous compared with a lot of what's over there (no topless or nudes right now).

PM me if you have any particular questions.
