I have a cheapie Toshiba Satellite and love it. My daughter used it when she studied in Europe. It survived being shipped over there and then lugged around fairly unprotected in a backpack all over as she traveled. I've owned it for about 4 years now I think. I use it for listing presentations, open house slide presentations, all sorts of marketing and mailings taking it all over and haven't had any problems.

I am writing to you on my new Dell laptop! I love it so far, and I just want to thank all of you that offered suggestion and input into my purchase.
