Without my subscription to MusicMatch, I would have never discovered Opeth and Dream Theater, my solid musical recommendations to you!
(By guess, anyone who uses the word "tunage" is not likely listening to Barry Manilow ;-)

| I second that Van Halen suggestion. Also, what about Stevie Ray Vaughn? Check out Kenny Wayne Shepherd for some great guitar stuff as well. |

It's funny this thread comes up cos' I just found an interesting site -- MacJam.com -- it's a lot like DPC in that it's all (or mostly) amateur, and the work is rated by the participants. All the songs are free to download in .MP3 format. It's a pretty cool way to get some really, um, different stuff. Fortunately, the site allows viewing by rating, so you don't have to listen to painfully bad stuff unless you actually want to.
Oh, yeah, Radiohead is my latest fascination.
