It seems to me that there are quite a few photos that don't meet the challenge by any stretch of the imagination.
And as always, there are a number that are superb! Congratulations to these brave and creative photographers for nailing the challenge with an outstanding photo.

Affluence for the poor is an insignificant item in the eye of they lucky few who indeed ARE affluent, you obviously don´t know what a poor man´s treasure could look like..

No, it's really not a matter of perspective - it is defined as:
af·flu·ence n. A plentiful supply of material goods; wealth. A great quantity; an abundance.
The definition does not imply a comparison to one less affluent or wealthy.
For my votes - if it don't look like wealth to me, it doesn't fit the challenge. :)

If I've commented on anyone’s photo here and it comes across negative, please don't take offence, I'll review tomorrow in the AM and correct any wrong doings. ;)
