I took my oldest son and his friend to the local mini golf place so they could play pool today, and of course took the camera along with me. I've been in a bit of a photographic funk lately and this was a neat way to get a few shots and have fun with them. I know the guy at the desk thought I was a complete lunatic but that's OK. The kids had fun, I had fun, and I hope you have fun looking at the results.

The chalk shot is the best but would be even better without the OOF balls - the bright spots draw the eye away from the subject.

| Great shots, Laurie. I really like the way the one of the chalk came out. The DOF there works great! I think all three would do VERY well in a challenge. As always, nice work! :) |

I like your color original of the chalk shot as I think the colored balls in the back ground set the scene more and gives the photo more depth... with B&W the balls need a bit more focus so you could just make out the numbers to set the scene

Thanks y'all. I had a great time and had FUN with the camera, not even worrying about composition, depth of field, focus, or any of that other stuff that gets in the way of what I love to do! :)
