I want to start my own personal photo website. Just so I can give people my card and they can go online and check out my pictures and stuff.
But I don't know how to build my own...so I was wondering if there are any good sites that host your site and make it really easy to build it and everything.
I'm still new to all of this...so bare with me:P

If you can pickup a copy of Microsoft Frontpage, this software is pretty easy to use and user friendly. If you can use Microsoft Word, this will be an easy transition. I like frontpage for it's simplicity.
As far as hosting, there are so many service providers available, it's pretty much a matter of preference. I personally use Network Solutions, they are very reliable and the cost for the standard package is $10 per month and you get 3GB of storage, 25 email accounts and a free domain name.
They also have an online wizard for creating a website. It's actually pretty good.

| If you want to have a fiddle without paying hosting fees have a look at geocities. Download a really easy program for building the web site. A bit of fun. |

smugmug is a good thing and you can check mine out at

I have a Poweruser account which is middle. $40 a year. A Pro Account gives you the ability to sell photos for profit but is $99 a year. But at $40 or $99 a year the customization is great.
