I have this Founder PhotoPower 245t (Orite 2110 or Epsilon 1.3) I am in a really low budget but I would like to buy a Canon A30 for 160USD.
Anyone can give me an advice regarding this camera?

For a really low budget camera you can't really go past the Canon A30. I have an A40 and it suits me fine. It's more than your averange point and click camera because as well as an "auto mode" option it has a "manual mode" which allows you to adjust shutter speed, aperture, white balance etc, giving you more creative control over your shots.
Both the A30 & A40 are so similiar that they share the same user manual. I think the only difference between the two is the higher res on the a40.
An excellent choice for entering the digital camera world.
For more info on this camera just do a google search for canon powershot a30 review sample photos.
Here's a good site to start with //www.steves-digicams.com/2002_reviews/A30_samples.html

Thank you very much. I have checked the reviews and sounds great. Actually here in China they are so snobish that they don't sell them anymore. I found this shop where they have some of them left for around 160USD. I think I will go for it though I would have liked a higher resolution. But low budget ...
Thank you again. I wanted an advice from dp an it came! |

Get a camera on which you can see the commands on the Viewfinder not just the LCD ,in other words the viewfinder looks through the lens if you like taking outdoors on bright days pictures!
My Olympus 5050 is almost useless outdoors, but perfect at night and low light! |
