Hope not - I think it looks horrible :) CompuPic Pro will let you do this sort of overlay in batches, either on top of the image, or adding a border and putting the custom date stamp/ string/ title there.

I've seen quite a few that do it, including my own. I have no idea why you would turn that feature on, though.
