hey nico. how about setting your camera on a timer, just wear a white sheet (just be careful your background doesn't fall on ya) and sleep in the form of the number 5? oh yeah you did that already :P

i'm stumped by all these challenges. i might just have to play it from the sidelines.

My photo was not actually taken during 4-5am, but it looks like it could have been so I suppose it's good enough *halo*

Maybe because this one has more room to stretch as compared to cheese.

I was referring to the time of day but if you ignore that then I guess anything goes.

Goes to show that the average DPC'er dont mind sleeping less as long as they get a good photo! :)

I got up at 3am and drove an hour to get my shots
got home and the dates were ok but the time was wrong I forgot daylight saving so all my shots were taken before 4am :(

I had a shot I was going to enter...
It wasn't taken a 5am, though it could have been.

I have somehow lost it though... Deleted it accidentally? who knows!

Just returned from the expedition, adventure or whatever you would like to call it.

3:30am : Alarm, some crappy song (who wants to hear a song in the middle of the night)
3:45am : This is the last day of the challenge, passed the first challenge of getting up
3:56am : Walked out of the apartment with no shoes on .. its 12F (-11C) outside
4:07am : Onsite, had thought of the place and setting the night before
4:15am : First shot
4:48am : Last shot
5:20am : Back home, sipping a cup of hot chocolate and posting!

Took my image last friday morning and got an unexpected subject in it so I'm really excited about this challenge. I finally got time last night to process and post it. Now I have to check it on all the monitors I can here at work to see if my uncalibrated monitor at home messed with my processing.

Can't wait to see how this one does as it is a little different than others I have done...of course it has no way of ribboning but still hoping for a personal record.

Good luck to all.

Just click something at 10:00 in the night, it would appear the same...atleast my shot would have

Appear the same, yes. But it just wouldn't be the correct time and I'm "cursed" with integrity...I just couldn't do it...even for a virtual ribbon.

Reason why I woke up at that gruesome time ... besides that was actually the fun and more challenging part of the challenge otherwise its just another free study at night!

Exactly. I'm so bummed about missing it. Good luck!

Bad, Marjo. Procrastinate to the last night and then sleep through the alarm. Bad, Bad Marjo.
