OK, I've added a few of my own to the fray. There are a couple problems with the source image I should mention, however:
ΓΆ€ΒΆ The contrast from the blown sky makes it very difficult to get a proper amount of light on the face without blowing out the sky once again
ΓΆ€ΒΆ There was a tremendous amount of JPEG artifacting in the source
That said, here is a "warm", "cold" and "platinum" (referring to the toning process, not the word "premiere") version of the B/W (converted from your color original):
The warm version has a more correct histogram, but I like the cold version better. My preference. If you want to know the process, PM me.
Edit: I should say that I kind of like your original B/W (with better attention to removing the sky, of course, since you missed several spots). Since it's hard to take a 640px low quality JPEG and make it look good, your original B/W is probably the "cleanest" of the revisions yet posted. If you created a a vignetted edge and left the rest alone (OK, maybe a crop), it would look like this:
This kind of photo lends itself well to any process that makes it look "aged" or "damaged", such as:
