It's ugly as sin... what is it, a cross between deviantart and dpc? It has potential i suppose, doesn't really catch the eye at first glance though.

That's probably because most of it looks to be copied from an older version of DPC, with slight rewording and useful bits cut out... the contests, member profiles and forums being the most obvious. They have "individual image discussion" instead of "individual photo discussion". "Site announcements" instead of "site news". Could be worse for a site just starting out though.
