I really dig that.. the placement of your subject the black and white.. and his personality seems to jump off the page (my interpretation of it anyway) ;) Great capture :)
**edit** yeah just looked again and that guy is all kinds of personality.. and you caught it beautifully *smiles*

I like it very much, however, I find the figure to the right to be distracting. It is a dark shape in an otherwise grey background. Have you played with cropping? Or perhaps lightening just that figure?
Otherwise- excellent.
