I gave it a 5. For me, a set up shouldn't actually look set up for a shot like this. What's on the hands looks exactly like what it is - potting soil. Seems like there's too much of it on there for a hard worker. It could be easily removed by simply shaking their hands off; which is why it looked set up to me. I think it would've had more effect if you rubbed the soil in or shook it off.
