So we are doing a senior session
Standard stuff...a girl and her best friend
We were getting some good images and as we took a break ... this happened
It had me laughing so hard I think I hurt myself !

Great, fun candid.
On the shot that shows her knees, they don't look so hot. I don't know what to do to fix them, but it is pretty distracting from the picture. Interesting editing with the framing an pose

I was about to comment on the knees in the last picture when I saw someone beat me to it, her skin against the solid black makes her look to cut and pasted.

??? Huh? I'm must be missing something here. These are just some images of a normal happy kid getting a senior picture done. Not a model for some glamour shot.
Dave (nomad469) - Great idea to keep the camera working while the kids took a break. It's a good tip to pass along. Thanks for sharing. ;^)

LOL, sorry I didn't know the background behind the shot, she just didn't seem to appealing to me, and that was the first thing that came to mind. I think I've been at work to long, thank feck it's friday. |

Great subjects. If you want to keep the knees you could use a trick I've done. Use the clone tool with a blur brush. Set the opacity to 20% and clone from her arms to her legs. This will gently change the skin tone to match the rest of her body but the 20% will not change her features. Actually it will soften the joints a little which I think you might want.

Same thing with the knee. I actually posted on the picture. I was going to say some cloning might work as well. I think they look great.

| I think that "Always keep shooting" is good advice. The best photos usually turn out to be the unexpected, unplanned, spontaneous ones! |

I always liked this one. Caught it during a break - turned out to be MY favorite of the shoot.
Edit to appologize for the poor editing - it was only one handy that I wouldn't have to resize/reprocess.
