Don't know about the price...
But the photo they have listed is of a 5D actually.
From B&H's 30D page: Important Notice!
This is a new item. It is not available yet. We have no arrival date at this time.
Just what my research has told me.

I believe that the price is a little high. The reason that is is because this is an early adopter price.
This means that if you REALLY want this camera, you can pay a bit of a premium and get it before anyone else on your block (or country) does.
The local stores here in Taipei told me that there's a major production or distribution node in Australia, so they get them before everywhere else, even earlier than countries in Asia.
I don't know how true that is, but that's what he said.
People on DPReview.com have reported being able to buy this camera for a couple of weeks now. |

Seeing as they don't take Paypal or Credit, and just want money order type of payment (i.e. no refund or theft protection) and seeing as they have a picture of a 5D and a 30D, I'd assume that this is a scam.

The MSRP of the new 30D is 1399 for the body and 1499 with the EF-S 18-55 kit lens. |
