The voting system prosy, it's very tiring cycling through 100 big images and needing to wait for the page to reload between every picture.
I therefore sugest that you could have many pics on the same voting page but the size of them could be the same. Personally I would rather wait two minutes after many pictures than waiting some seconds between each.
This would make woting much faster but would not recoil on the quality. It would also save bandwith and proccessing power for the server. |

just found your post, yes it does take ages to open each image up but the size of the pic on my monitor is small enough already - any smaller would not help - ok for people with 19" plus viewers and of course lot less of a prob' to people with Broadband.

Cable modem is nice and I feel the pain for those on dial up... Dial up is a good case for not trying to vote on too many images at one time... It will give your mind a chance to rest between shots. I have discovered that I get less responsive in my comments when I try to vote too many at one sitting... I'm going to try to distribute my voting more evenly across 4 or 5 days next week...
