OK...I was out the whole time we were discussing to take to top 4 photos and averaging them...I don't know if this does much of a difference but what if we just added the teams scores up and that was the score for the team. S o if all 7 photographers scored exactly 5.00 on their photos then their score would be 35...no good? That way everyone is making a contribution to the team and overall score. Just don't want the usual 4 on the team making the score for everyone else...makes the other 3 feel left out most of the time, unless they score higher than one of the other 4...am I making sense. I just want this to be a real team thing. I heard something about handicaps and such...if there is a way to do that and count all photos then I'm up for that too.

I think it's a bit late to consider ANY rules rewrites. It's been communicated to all teams, etc...

Oh...ok I'm sorry just been gone, like I said, didn't know there had been so many changes...and due to this all not beginning until next week I thought I would give my input before it really was too late.

I really wish I could have been around, but my wife's grandmother has cancer and we were visiting her...they gave her 6 months. I don't mean to be a downer...wish I could have had internet access...should have know something might happen...I posted this late one night, came back from work the next day and it had grown a life of it's own...so me being gone for almost 3 days was a sure way it would run away...I love everything about what has happened and everyone getting involved...and the site is kick-ass. Only thing is I wish I could have saved a little more of the team aspect that I was going for in the beginning. But no doubt it will be fun and once it starts it will be very addicting...like this thread hasn't already become something that has taken over my attention. Once next Sunday's rollover happens WPL will have officially arrived. Thanks to all that have helped contribute and made it happen.

I will try to make up little trophy icons for each. Or if anyone is good at making up Icons can help. Maybe we can get D&L to let those Icons to be placed in the Honorable Mentions section of the photographer and team. If not, the winners can place them in there profile and signature line.

I think some of these will give all users the encouragement needed to enter the challenges and be proud of there team even if there score counts or not.
