I managed a second place in the landscape category this month myself, with my shot from this summer, "Acadia Rocks".

Congrats everyone. Thanks for the congratulatory words too. Honestly, I never expected to win the grand prize coz this is only my second month in betterphoto. I really couldn't "psyche" the people there yet.
BTW, another DPCer who won a second place is PERCOM .
Now...I have to get down and work on my yellow. I already have some shots today...I have to take a look at them closely to see if anything is worth entering.:)

I gotta compete against THIS guy? Right. Sure. No problem. OK team, new plan: we feign death with a story about 5 of us being involved in a freak Frisbee accident. Team Nikon will be lured into a false sense of complacency thinking we forfeit, and then we'll take 'em by surprise! ;-)
