Hello,
I wanted someone to give me some feedback on this image. It was taken in Monterey, California last summer. I did some tweaking with Photoshop and I think it turned out ok. Just wanted to know what everyone else thought of it.
Thanks :)

I like the photo, good composition. however, my eye is catching some dark line-like marks at the top of the photo. My intuition would suggest that either there were boats in the water outside of your frame and they are reflecting into the water that is within your frame...OR you cloned out some posts. The overall image appears a little dark as well.
My suggestion is to first try and get rid of the dark features at the top of the photo. This can be done with cloning or an easier tool is the 'patch' tool (highlight dark area and drag to select a better water section). Second, I would try to brigten up the image slightly with either levels and curves and/or dodge/burn.

Of course, I am not the most experienced photog. Try it and see what you can come up with.

I like the shot itself, but it seems a bit flat to me. MAybe a touch mroe curves to bring some thigns out?

the color cast is way too blue...i hit it with just a quick auto levels and it had way more contrast and some vibrant colors.

if you are not sure how to adjust something like that, search around the forumns here for loads of tips and tutorials.
