Of these two I like the one w/o the blur. Maybe if there was more blur it could be better. Just MO.

the one with no blur, but less sharpening,

if you go to //www.radiantvista.com under video tutorials, there is a video that shows how to turn water that wasnt a long exposure into a long exposur, ill go get it and link it here

Anymore blur and it starts looking fake

It's hard to say. I have really liked the blurry streams and rivers but for some reason this just has an off look... IMHO

I think this one already crossed the line. Water shot under long exposure has a very specific look that I don't think your blur mechanism is capturing. Of these, I like the non-blur the best.
