Check this photo taken yesterday in Chicago suburb:
This is common picture in almost every US city,total mess in laying wires,takes just little wind to jam and short out!

| Oh, it's not that bad. Being an electrical engineer and knowing what each of those wires does seems to help. The wiring for the traffic siganling mixed in there confuses the mess. Was there construction at this intersection, meaning temporary traffic sigal wiring? |

| it has to be, those are all temporary lights. unless this is a picture of haiti. oh wait they don't have power in haiti |
