Does anyone know if there is a way to save-as files in lightroom? (without exporting them to cs2 and saving them the roundabout way) I want to leave my original raw files unedited on my hard drive and save the eidted versions as edited copies so I can convert them to jpegs, resize for web display, or ftp to a lab for printing.

The problem is lightroom non destructively edits-any changes I make to the file in lightroom aren't actually changed on the raw file. So I need to save a second copy that includes these changes as a tiff file preferably. That way I can further edit in cs2, or convert to jpeg for web display, etc. leaving me with an originaly untouched and a processed version.
I know I can export whatever file to cs2 as a tiff and then use cs2 to save the file, but this would take a while if I wanted to save say 20 files. |

I think you can just use the export function to save as a JPEG,TIFF,PSD,or DNG. Just save them to a folder and now you have copies to manipulate with other programs. I am using the version 3 beta and have used this feature with no problems. |

Thanks Ken, that's exactly the function I was trying to find. I was confused by the fact the save and save-as functions were greyed out so I couldn't select them regardless of what mode I was in.
Thanks,
