Here is a photo of me on the job taking photos for a client. I have to go up in twice more tomorrow. This lot was taken about 3 hours ago.

This isn't the first time I have done this. This one was done at a wedding. Two huge lights were attached to the front of the basket in which I was standing. This was obviously done with a tripod to handle the lowlight.

I also have had to climb to the top of cattle ramps and the rooftops of schools. Also inside jail cells and lying on my back while motorbikes jumped over me. All in the name of photography.

Now it's your turn. What odd locations have you had to shoot from?

Hey JOUUUU-DEIIIII,

were you fixing electric wires, cable wires before photography...

You seem very natural there ;)

I've been in the middle of the Avon River, but that's it.

Yes...Here is one from the wedding job...!

The other job was involving taking shots of a premises. I had to go up there once yesterday and twice today. The images are under password protection until the client has seen them...but there are some nice ones amongst them.

(stupid question) is that flash, or you used lights?

and a very nice view.

It isn't a silly question. There were two huge lights on the front of the basket. It was a bit of a nuisance in some respect as the moths hung around in front of the basket because of the light.

Surprisingly not...they only got in the way of one...probably because I was focusing on the people so they were focused out...if you know what I mean.
